Jeff was raised the son of a pastor of an Assembly of God Church in small town Missouri. In his professional career Jeff has served as an executive with some of the top software and management consulting companies, including i2 Technologies, Oracle Corporation, Price Waterhouse and Touche Ross. His extensive ministry, software and business process background gives him the right combination of talents to help churches refine their business operations and better meet their congregations' needs.

Allen Horak

Allen has spent the majority of his career in Public Accounting. Previously, he was a Senior Manager for KPMG and was involved in a variety of accounting related services including assisting with system implementations for client applications. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Horak was in industry with Central and South West and started his career with Arthur Andersen.

Curtis Simmons

Curtis began his career as a programmer at Sprint and WilTel. Prior to joining Fellowship Technologies, Curtis served as technology and business consultant with Hitachi Consulting, Tactica Technology Group and Accenture. He has led teams that built SaaS-style systems for Retx, i2 Technologies, Ryder and Appro Systems. He has a great love for the Lord combined with a passion for technology, making his role at Fellowship Technologies a perfect fit.

Kingsley Allen
Vice President, Product Development

Kingsley leads the team responsible for the capabilities and architecture of Fellowship One and helps set its direction. Kingsley is passionate about agile development and introduced Scrum to improve how FT develops software. Before joining FT in 2005, Kingsley worked for Hitachi Consulting leading custom development projects and managing client relationships. Prior to Hitachi, Kingsley had multiple roles in both finance and healthcare helping people and technology work together.

Jeff Pelletier

Prior to joining Fellowship Technologies, Jeff spent a decade in the telecommunications industry in Sales and Business Development. His management experience includes building and maintaining regional and national sales organizations for companies such as telecommunications provider SBC Communications and Seattle-based software firm WatchMark-Comnitel. Jeff’s passion is helping churches gain an appreciation for systems and processes that translate into highly effective ministry, ultimately furthering His Kingdom.

Tammy Polk
Vice President, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness

Tammy has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Trainer and an active member of SHRM. Prior to joining Fellowship Technologies, Tammy held a variety of HR positions with Paragon Global Relocation, Safeway Retail Store and Albertsons Distribution Center. She took a brief break from HR to fulfill her childhood dream of being a teacher; however, she found her passion was really Human Resources all along! She has a gift of connecting with people and getting people to connect with themselves.

Eric Soon
Vice President, Delivery and Consulting Services

Eric is a native of Singapore and served in the nation’s armed forces as an officer before attending college in the US. Eric began his career at Sapient Corporation as an ERP Consultant and Engineer developing and designing web-based applications, followed by a number of years as a Product Development Director for a Dallas based online travel firm. Prior to joining Fellowship Technologies, Eric spent six years as Executive Pastor of Trinity Church in Dallas, TX. Eric’s passion is helping churches become more effective and efficient in their operations.
