Managing and Tracking Financial Contributions
Fellowship One provides a robust solution for recording and reporting on church contributions. The church can easily configure, track, and report on Funds, Sub Funds, and Pledge Drives. Contributions can be entered directly through the Fellowship One portal or through the Fellowship One check scanning application.
Fellowship One Contributions provides the church a fast and efficient way to scan and record contributions. The application interfaces with a check scanner allowing your finance staff to quickly process batch contributions by simply scanning the check, entering a check amount and selecting the correct fund for the contribution.

The check scanner not only reads the account/routing information, but also scans a copy of the check, eliminating the need to manually photocopy each contribution. Account/routing number combination are used to find the household to which the contribution belongs, thus, eliminating the need to search for a household every time a contribution is entered.
Donations can be recorded to the Individual or Household and associated to the activity (church service, event, etc.) where the money was collected, to a Fund and Sub Fund, a Pledge Drive, and it handles split checks as well. Optionally, attendance can be recorded automatically based on configurable business rules whenever a giving record is entered.
In addition to the hundreds of financial reports that are available there is also a customizable Contribution Statement module. Determine what information appears and is displayed on the contribution statements. Fellowship One can generate one or tens of thousands of tax statements based on your church's needs.
