Nursery, Children & Student Check-in System

Fellowship One Check-in is arguably the best nursery and child check-in system in the industry. Fellowship One Check-in allows the church to record real-time attendance while enforcing security, safety and registration requirements for any event or activity. The system was designed specifically with child security, speed, ease-of-use, and flexibility in mind.

The flexibility of its configuration and its ability to be directly linked to online event registrations has allowed churches to use Fellowship One Check-in for a variety of purposes such as nurseries, children's ministries, Vacation Bible School, student activities, camps, retreats, mission trips, and more. Virtually any activity or event imaginable can leverage Fellowship One Check-in. We even had one client use Fellowship One Check-in for a local food pantry.

Parents can go to any Check-in station whether it's in the church nursery or the main foyer and check in their entire family at one-time, in one location

Fellowship One Check-in uses a touch-screen interface and a thermal printer and can optionally use bar-coded key tags for even faster Check-in. Fellowship One Check-in has a number of time-saving, easy-to-use, features that offer unparalleled speed, security, and convenience:

  • One line – Parents can go to any Check-in station whether it's in the church nursery or the main foyer and check in their entire family at one-time, in one location.
  • Intelligent automation – Search results display the households with the most recent attendance sorted to the top. The most appropriate room is automatically selected based on pre-assignment and/or best fit by age criteria
  • Name tags – Each child’s tag displays their name prominently along with other pertinent information such as pager code, activity name and schedule, assigned room name, breakout group assignment, special instructions, and a three-digit, alphanumeric security code.
  • Parental / guardian receipt – The parental / guardian receipt only contains the activity date and matching security code, just enough information to match the child to the proper parent or guardian. The receipt can never be re-printed so that no one, such as a late arriving disgruntled parent, can attempt to “fool” the system.
  • Nursery pager number - You can store a pager number if your church utilizes a nursery paging system for notification.

Fellowship One Check-in: Assisted or Self-service Modes
