Effective Outreach Ministry through Contacts

Fellowship One church management software provides integrated contact and task management tools to ensure consistent follow-up by your outreach ministry with every church visitor, attendee, and member. The information gathered on contact cards, phone calls, emails, the church web site, etc. is captured or entered into Fellowship One. The information becomes one or more tasks that are automatically assigned and routed to the appropriate outreach ministry or church staff member. Staff members who are assigned contact tasks can work on them in mass (e.g., sending them all a letter or a group email) or individually. While working a contact, a church staff member can record both public and confidential notes. Contact tasks can also be transferred to another ministry and/or person if needed.

Fellowship One's contact management tool can also be used for tasks other than contacts. For example, a task can be generated for a staff member to prepare certificates after an event.

Measuring Success of Community Outreach Opportunities

Accountability is key to any successful process. Fellowship One provides a summary view for Executive staff members to keep a close eye on the contact management process. Two quick views show the number and percentage of open, in progress, and closed contacts by ministry and individual.
