Turnkey Methodology
Turnkey is our recommended methodology for the Fellowship One Growth, Standard, Enterprise and Check-in only editions. In conjunction with the church, a Fellowship Technologies delivery manager provides hands-on guidance throughout the implementation process. The objectives of a Turnkey implementation are quick deployment and rapid results, process and workflow improvement, accurate and complete data, and full feature usage and acceptance.

Project Management - A Fellowship Technologies’ delivery manager co-owns the project with the church project manager, building a detailed project plan with scheduled milestones and tasks. The delivery manager guides the church through the challenging change management process that is present but often ignored in software implementations.
Discovery - Using a combination of questionnaires and staff interviews we learn about the church’s existing operational processes. We then make best-practice recommendations on any changes to existing processes or propose new ones.
FteU - Church staff and volunteers are provided access to FTeU’s core curriculum of live online classes. Various classes are taught every business day. The church will have unlimited access to participate for 150 days as part of the implementation package.
Initial Data Conversion - A snapshot of the church’s existing data is converted into your Fellowship One database as a trial run of the conversion process. This allows the church to verify the converted data and make adjustments as needed.
Configuration - Based on the information gathered during the Discovery phase, the delivery manager will configure your Fellowship One database to represent the distinctive ministries, finances and workflows of your church. By the time we complete the implementation, you will have a configuration setup and ready to manage your weekly church activities.
Implementation - This phase of the project brings the efforts of Discovery, Configuration, and Product Training together. The delivery manager provides hands-on instruction to various groups within the church on the practical application of Fellowship One in their daily roles and responsibilities.
Final Data Conversion - After making any required changes from the initial data conversion, the church provides a fresh copy of their data to be re-converted into their Fellowship One database. Any configuration changes made within Fellowship One will remain intact.
Go-Live - Once the Final Data Conversion is complete, the church is considered to be “”live” with their Fellowship One database. Church staff and volunteers are ready to enjoy the full benefits of Fellowship One’s church management capabilities in their daily roles and responsibilities.
Reports Definition - The delivery manager works with the church users to indentify and utilize relevant Fellowship One reports that assist the church to make ministry or financial decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and overseeing accountability.
Customer Services - Post go-live this team provides the church with access to continuing education classes, customer support (online, email, and phone), and proactive customer care.
Onsite Check-in Support - This optional phase is available for an additional fee. Experienced Fellowship Technologies staff will provide onsite support as the church begins to use the Check-in capabilities of Fellowship One during church services.
