Custom implementation packages are individually designed to meet the needs of a specific church by combining the aforementioned Service Offerings into multiple sub-projects. Churches should consider this type of implementation package if they are considered a mega-church, have multiple campuses, manage a high number of ministries, or lack staff resources to oversee a comprehensive implementation project.

Define Requirements - Your sales representative will bring a senior services manager into the process to work with your staff to identify the ministry and administrative objectives sought by the church leadership. These objectives will form the basis for the requirements to be addressed in the implementation project.

Quote - The church will be presented documented quote based on the requirements of the services offering to be provided, project milestones, and cost for the implementation project. The cost will either be fixed fee or at an hourly rate depending on the requirements and scope of the project.

Customer Services - Post go-live this team provides the church with access to continuing education classes, customer support (online, email, and phone), and proactive customer care.
