Regional Users Groups

Regional Users Groups (RUGs) provide a way for you to share information and experiences with other Fellowship One users. Possibly you are the only person at your church with a specific ministry or administrative responsibility and want to collaborate with others in a similar position. By joining and participating in a RUG you can interact with your peers to exchange ideas, best practices, and processes about Fellowship One and other interests to increase your church’s effectiveness.

Visit Experience.FellowshipOne.com to see a list of existing and emerging RUGs near you.

RUGs are Geographic

RUGs are local areas with a concentration of churches using Fellowship One. Proximity allows users to meet together in person to foster professional and personal relationships with their peers. We have tentatively identified 20 regions in the United States and 1 region for England. We hope to see additional RUGs form as the Fellowship One customer base expands its presence throughout the U.S., Canada and other countries.

RUGs are Communities

By connecting with a RUG, members establish professional relationships, forge friendships, and achieve results…. all within the context of Christian fellowship. Collaboration can be structured in a variety of ways. Some recommended methods are monthly meetings at a host church focusing on a specific topic, open forum roundtable discussions, or simply sharing contact information among RUG members.

RUGs are Informative

Information sharing increases opportunities to improve existing processes or create new ones. By joining a RUG you have the opportunity to give and receive advice and counsel between like-minded individuals. You will be able to share your ideas and innovations in a group setting. You can expand ministry possibilities beyond your current borders with fresh insights. RUGs produce a forum for creative energy.

RUGs are You!

RUGs are comprised of Fellowship One users and that means You! The leadership, organization, scheduling, speakers, and location are the responsibility of the members of the RUG. To locate a RUG near you or jump start the formation of new RUG please review a map of the U.S. regions and find a region that corresponds to your church’s location. Then visit Experience.FellowshipOne.com to see a list of existing and emerging RUGs near you.

RUG Leadership

Since RUGs are organized and governed by member churches, we would like for you to consider being a RUG leader for your region. The responsibilities of RUG leaders include communicating and sharing information with RUG members, organizing meetings or forums, and welcoming new RUG members. As RUG membership grows, we recommend that the leadership duties be shared among other RUG members … but it takes just one person stepping up to get a RUG started!

If you are interested in becoming a RUG leader please visit Experience.FellowshipOne.com to see a list of emerging RUGs that are seeking leadership.
